Turning an Elevated Wellness Experience Into a Scalable Growth Engine
The product was strong. The experience was memorable. The community was forming.
But as Enso prepared to grow beyond its flagship momentum, the brand needed more than a beautiful in-studio experience. It needed a marketing foundation that could create demand consistently, convert first-time visitors with confidence, retain members over time, and support expansion into new locations.
We transformed Enso from a beloved local wellness studio into a scalable, multi-location growth engine.
The Challenge
Enso had a premium experience, a loyal community, and a service model built around privacy, recovery,
and ritual. But demand was inconsistent, and the path from first discovery to repeat visit was not yet structured enough to support aggressive growth.
Scaling the brand meant translating what made the studio special into a system: one that could
educate first-timers, create confidence around unfamiliar services, and turn recovery from a one-time appointment into an ongoing habit.
Building a brand around guided recover
The strategy centered on making recovery feel elevated, approachable, and repeatable.
For many first-time clients, services like infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and lymphatic drainage can feel intimidating without the right context. Enso’s in-studio experience already solved this through private suites, clear guidance, and a calm environment designed around personal comfort.
The brand system needed to communicate that same sense of reassurance before someone ever walked through the door.
Creating a full-funnel growth system
Rather than treating marketing channels as separate efforts, we connected them into one growth architecture.
Paid media introduced Enso to new audiences. Organic social built desire and cultural relevance. Email and SMS supported education, rebooking, and retention. Events and partnerships expanded the brand into the larger wellness and lifestyle ecosystem. PR created credibility around Enso’s growth and point of view.
Each channel had a role, but the system worked together: awareness, conversion, retention, and expansion.
Growth through culture, community, and credibility
Events and partnerships helped position Enso as more than a place to book a session.
Over eight months, the brand executed more than 10 events, including Fashion Week-related activations, connecting recovery to style, performance, wellness, and modern self-care. PR outreach added further momentum, earning five media placements within six months and supporting Enso’s evolution into a more visible recovery brand.
The result was a stronger presence both online and offline.
The Outcome
Enso entered the project with a beautiful product and a strong in-person experience.
It emerged with the foundation of a scalable wellness brand.
By aligning brand positioning, acquisition, lifecycle marketing, organic content, partnerships, and PR, Enso gained a growth system built for expansion. The work helped turn local momentum into measurable traction, supporting 4X revenue growth within six months and the launch of two new locations within 12 months.
The final strategy preserved what made Enso distinct while giving the brand the structure it needed to grow.
